Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing via email at support@nexasindia.com. Cancellations will be processed based on the date we receive your written request.

Standard Cancellation Charges:
• 30 Days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 15 to 29 Days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 7 to 14 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 Days before departure / No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be deducted (No Refund).

Important Notes:
• Flight or train ticket cancellations are subject to the respective airline or railway policies.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
• During peak seasons (festivals, national holidays), hotel cancellation policies may be stricter, and we will inform you of these at the time of booking.
